This sounds so corny, but its all TRUE  (I’m such a suck up) ….I love that Paragon fitness has its all and by that I mean there is something to do there what ever mood you’re in. I see Ulana my personal trainer twice a week and she has helped me achieve not only fitness goals, but weight and strength goals too. She gives me tough love.  I love the Les Mills Grit sessions, they are a small class of 10 with 1 instructor and only go for a half hour, but they are an intense workout and you feel amazing when you leave, the camaraderie in these classes is great for your motivation too. I also love the group training classes like BodyAttack, BodyPump and Sh’Bam, these are also great work outs as there is easier and harder options to take, depending on your fitness.  Being a female in a gym, especially in the weights section can sometime make you feel insecure and self conscious, but at Paragon there is also a ladies only room so you don’t feel uncomfortable when working out.
