At Paragon Fitness we pride ourselves on being an excellent quality gym with a fully equipped weights area, a large cycle studio and a wide range of group fitness programs. We’re open 24 hours for our members to work out anytime, with a secure access pass to train when it suits you.

Fit Over 50

Our Fit Over 50 class is a fantastic seniors fitness class that caters to all fitness levels.

Indoor Group Training

Our Indoor Group Training class combines cardio and strength movements providing an overall body workout.

Pilates

Our Pilates class is a total body workout with a strong emphasis on strengthening and stabilising the core muscles which support the lumbar spine.

Yoga

Our Yoga class combines body-heat-building movements and strengthening postures with slow, sustained stretches to improve flexibility.

Zumba

Our Zumba class is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that will have you partying yourself into shape.

Zumba Gold

Our Zumba Gold class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.
