Zumba Gold at Paragon Fitness

Zumba Gold fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. An exciting low impact, calorie-burning, body-energising workout. Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of our regular Zumba class.

When you see a Zumba class in action, you’ll want to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’re getting fit and your energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba fitness party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

  1. Your instructor will first guide you through a warm-up. An increasing range of moves will gradually get more intense.
  2. You’ll then really get into the zone with the party set to lift the roof. Dig deep and push yourself through! Have some fun with class interaction, and test your speed, rhythm and agility.
  3. The final track will give you time to recover and stretch, as you congratulate yourself on a job well done.
