I started at Brighton Fitness in 2005 and at Paragon Fitness when it opened in 2009. I love health and fitness and my passion is to help people reach their goals and maintain a fit, healthy body for life.
As a mum of 2, I also love motivating women to keep a healthy lifestyle during and after pregnancy.
My role at Paragon Fitness is Group Fitness Manager, Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and in my spare time I write programs for HIIT 5158.
