A variety of personal training packages are available, including longer sessions and partner training (two people per trainer).

I have been a personal trainer at Paragon Fitness since 2011, whilst also running boot camps and group personal training sessions. Every routine I give to my clients I have tried and tested myself. I believe in creating the ultimate athlete, capable of tackling any challenges thrown their way. I will listen to what your goals are and do everything in my power to help you achieve them.

I started at Brighton Fitness in 2005 and at Paragon Fitness when it opened in 2009. I love health and fitness and my passion is to help people reach their goals and maintain a fit, healthy body for life.

As a mum of 2, I also love motivating women to keep a healthy lifestyle during and after pregnancy.

My role at Paragon Fitness is Group Fitness Manager, Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and in my spare time I write programs for HIIT 5158.
