Your Personal Trainer will guide you through a personalised exercise session specifically designed for you to achieve results greater than you can manage on you own.

Personal Training sessions may include functional strength exercises designed to strengthen and tone the muscles to give the body an overall workout.

We also offer a cross-training workout which may include high intensity aerobic conditioning (such as boxing) and resistance training together in a circuit type workout.
